Organic Tava Tea Researches - The Ingredients of Wuyi Cliff Oolong tea and Side Effects of serum Uric acid

Wuyi Cliff Oolong tea, the best of Oolong and one of 3 ingredients of Tava Tea, is a species of Camellia sinensis belonging to the family Theaceae, native the Wuyi Mountain area. Its leaves and leaf buds has been used as tea in Chinese culture and many places in the world, including Wuyi Rock Tea, Tie Guan Yin tea, Taiwan tea and Oolong tea, Iron Goddess of Mercy and other products in Fujian, etc.. Oolong can be bought as green or black tea but it is best known as a black tea in the process of withering under the strong sun and oxidation before curling and twisting.

Serum uric acid level
in an evaluation of the relationship between coffee, tea, and caffeine intake and serum uric acid level, according to the study of "Coffee, tea, and caffeine consumption and serum uric acid level: the third national health and nutrition examination survey" by Choi HK, Curhan G.[2a], researchers found that coffee consumption is associated with lower serum uric acid level and hyperuricemia frequency, but tea consumption is not. The inverse association with coffee appears to be via components of coffee other than caffeine.
