Wuyi Cliff Oolong tea, the best of Oolong and one of 3 ingredients of Tava Tea, is a species of Camellia sinensis belonging to the family Theaceae, native the Wuyi Mountain area. Its leaves and leaf buds has been used as tea in Chinese culture and many places in the world, including Wuyi Rock Tea, Tie Guan Yin tea, Taiwan tea and Oolong tea, Iron Goddess of Mercy and other products in Fujian, etc..
